Individual therapy is an invitation to stop managing and start meeting yourself. Honestly. In the present moment. With skilled support.

This is where the inner journey begins and your relationship to who and how you are deepens.

Individual Gestalt Therapy sessions are available in person in Subiaco, Perth and via telehealth across Australia.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT FIXING YOU.

Gestalt Therapy does not try to adjust you to a certain way of being, living or behaving. It is not about teaching tools or reframing negative thoughts.

It is about supporting you to find your own way to live a personally meaningful life.

Together we bring awareness to what is actually happening right now, in the body, in the emotions, in the patterns of how you relate to yourself and others. From there, in small steps, new ways of being become possible. Not because something was wrong with you. Because awareness creates choice. And choice creates change.

You are not broken. You have abandoned yourself. And there is a way back.

Something relational rather than prescriptive. Something that honours the whole of your experience, not just the parts that are easy to name.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER.

Sessions are relational, trauma-informed and grounded in the present moment.

You are not analysed or worked on. We explore what is emerging, together.

This may include noticing patterns as they arise in the room, working with the body and felt experience, bringing awareness to relational dynamics, and supporting unfinished emotional processes that have been waiting for a safe container.

Over time this builds your capacity to stay present with yourself, respond rather than react, and live with greater clarity and authenticity.

Sessions are 50 minutes. We work at your pace. There is no pressure to perform insight or produce results on demand.

This is yoga-informed therapy, which means the body is always present in our work. Breath, sensation and present-moment somatic awareness are woven through every session, not as techniques but as the natural ground of the work itself.

5 Session Pack – $700
($140 per session, valid for 6 weeks)

10 Session Pack – $1,200
($120 per session, valid for 12 weeks)

If you are new to working with me, you are welcome to book two sessions for the price of one ($160). This provides an opportunity for us to establish rapport, explore what brings you to therapy, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together.

PAYMENT TERMS.

Single Sessions:

  • Single sessions are invoiced in advance.

  • Payment is required to secure your booking.

New Client 2-for-1 Offer:

  • Available to new clients only.

  • Includes two 50-minute sessions for $160.

  • Both sessions must be used within 2 weeks of the first session.

  • The offer is non-transferable and available once per person.

Session Packs:

  • Session packs are invoiced and paid in full upfront.

  • Session packs are designed to support commitment, continuity, and therapeutic momentum.

  • The validity period begins from the date of your first session.

  • Any unused sessions remaining after the validity period has expired cannot be carried forward, transferred, or refunded.

Refunds & Non-Attendance:

  • We do not offer refunds for missed appointments, non-attendance, or dissatisfaction with services provided.

  • Please refer to the cancellation policy for information regarding appointment changes and cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit their payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS.

All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the Gestalt Australia and New Zealand (GANZ) and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

There are limited exceptions to confidentiality where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others. These will be discussed during the informed consent process.

SUPERVISED PRACTICE DISCLOSURE.

I am currently completing my Gestalt Therapy training at the Gestalt Therapy Institute of WA, graduating December 2026, and practicing under professional clinical supervision. I am fully insured and a current member of GANZ and IICT.

By engaging in individual therapy you acknowledge that your therapist is a supervised practitioner and consent to de-identified case material being discussed in clinical supervision for professional development purposes.
