A HALF-DAY RETREAT-STYLE WORKSHOP TO QUIETEN YOUR MIND.

Step gently away from the busyness of Summer and enter the quieter, inward practice of japa mantra meditation with mala beads as we move into the season of shedding and release - Autumn.

This women’s only retreat-style meditation workshop is designed as a gentle withdrawal from external noise, inviting you to slow down, recalibrate your energy, and nurture your inner world.

It is a space to restore, reconnect, and move into the season of Autumn with clarity, intention, and a calming practice for busy, distracted minds.

Reconnect with your feminine essence as you explore contemplative practices, sacred mantra meditation, and subtle energy work, deepening your awareness of your intuition and the wisdom of your heart.

This retreat-style workshop offers a deliberate seasonal, sacred pause, giving you the opportunity to receive, rest, and simply be, creating space to honour yourself as the pace of life naturally slows with the season.

In this sacred container, you will receive initiation into an ancient meditation technique that soothes and protects busy, distracted minds while supporting energetic realignment and nervous system restoration.

Held in a serene retreat environment surrounded by nature, you will be guided through a Sacred Women’s Journey of restorative practices, including:

  • Gentle restorative yoga (all levels welcome)

  • Breathwork and purification practices

  • Guided japa mantra meditation with rudraksha mala

  • Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)

  • Journaling, reflective rituals, and mantra initiation

  • Oracle card reading to support reflection and intention

These practices cultivate inner clarity, emotional attunement, and profound calm, helping you release tension, attune to your body, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of your inner life.

In this intimate gathering, women of all ages come together to support, inspire, and attune to both the inner and outer seasons.

By stepping back from obligations and external demands, you create the opportunity to care deeply for yourself and embrace the natural inward flow of the season of Autumn.

Through this intentional withdrawal, you drop out of the mind and return to the deep well of feminine wisdom, rediscovering the gifts of rest, reflection, and becoming fully present.

This half-day Mantra Meditation Workshop in Dunsborough offers a rare initiation into an ancient mantra meditation technique, allowing you to experience restorative practices, contemplative stillness, and making offerings, emerging grounded, radiant, and realigned with your intentions for the unfolding of Autumn.

Perfect for women seeking a luxurious, nurturing, and inward-focused opportunity to retreat, this immersive experience blends deep rest, contemplative practice, mantra meditation, and ancient ritual held in a safe and sacred container.

If you’re yearning to establish a daily mindfulness meditation practice, this retreat-style workshop is perfect for women of all levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners wishing to enjoy the magic of mantra meditation.
