A WOMEN-ONLY HALF-DAY RETREAT RITUAL TO ENTER 2026 WITH CLEAR INTENTION.
Step gently away from the noise and busyness of the Summer and into a restorative half-day women’s retreat designed for profound relaxation, nervous system reset, energy renewal and clarity.
Reconnect with your feminine essence and learn the art of mindful rest as you reignite your inner light and deepen your connection to the voice of your intuition and the wisdom of your heart.
Make a conscious choice to pause, and set time aside to mindfully enter the new year whilst remembering what it feels like to receive and simply be.
This beautifully curated women’s only retreat invites you to slow down and return to yourself within the nurturing embrace of sacred space, heart-centred community, and profound stillness.
Held in a calming retreat environment, surrounded by nature, you will be guided through a Sacred Women’s Journey of stillness practices designed to cultivate inner connection.
A luxurious afternoon of restorative yoga (no previous experience required), breathwork, guided relaxation, journaling, new years intention setting, candle and tea rituals, women’s circle, oracle card readings, and yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation) awaits you.
These practices create space to release stress, attune to your body, open your heart, explore your emotions, and restore inner balance, allowing you to experience a profound sense of peace regardless of your current life circumstances.
In this intimate group setting, women of all ages and life stages come together to support, inspire, and nurture their inner worlds.
When we put down our masks, responsibilities, and the constant need to care for others, we create the opportunity to care deeply for ourselves.
In this intentional, sacred pause, we drop out of our minds and into our bodies, reconnecting with the deep well of feminine wisdom in order to rediscover the gifts of being a woman.
This New Year’s Day Women’s Retreat in Dunsborough offers a rare opportunity to experience deep rest, holistic self-care, and authentic connection through truth-telling as you get clear on what you want to call in for yourself in 2026.
Give yourself permission to stop, soften, and replenish your nervous system, so that you can emerge radiant, revitalised, and more deeply connected to yourself and what you want this New Year.
Perfect for women seeking a luxurious and nourishing afternoon devoted entirely to self-care, this half-day retreat combines deep rest, mindfulness and heartfulness practices, sacred women’s circle connection, and gentle feminine wisdom within a serene sanctuary surrounded by nature, designed to help you truly relax and restore.
