Belinda O'Dea is a soulful spiritual guide and experienced facilitator whose work unfolds at the intersection of spiritual practice and therapeutic relational skills.
With nearly 15 years of experience hosting transformative international women’s retreats in India and Japan, alongside teaching yoga, relaxation and meditation, Belinda artfully weaves ancient wisdom with contemporary healing modalities to create sacred, nurturing spaces for deep self-discovery, relaxation and holistic wellbeing.
Currently in the final stages of training as a psychotherapist with the Gestalt Therapy Training Institute WA (GTIWA), her naturally compassionate approach and loving presence honour the complexity of women’s journeys.
Through her retreats, classes, workshops, and therapy sessions, she fosters awareness, embodied healing, and nervous system restoration.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Doors open at 1:15pm, and we begin practice promptly at 1:30pm.

The investment for this half-day retreat is AUD$220 per person.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another woman if you’re unable to attend. Transfers must be arranged no later than 24 hours before the event by emailing hello@sacredwomensjourneys.com with her full name and email address. Please note that tickets cannot be transferred to a future retreat if you are unable to attend.

This retreat is open to all levels of practitioners and anyone that identifies as a woman. No previous experience necessary. Beginners to experience practitioners welcome.

Many women attend on their own, and you’re also welcome to join with a female family member, colleague or friend, whatever feels most comfortable, so you can fully embrace and get the most out of the retreat experience.
