Welcome to my private practice, where I offer Gestalt Therapy for Women—a holistic approach that nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Gestalt Therapy is a relational approach, and my mission is to serve women who resonate with my passion for cultivating a conscious life of depth and meaning through a feminine approach to spirituality.
In this space, we learn, grow, honour, celebrate, and heal together.
I support women who feel lost or overwhelmed by transitions such as perimenopause, menopause, career changes, midlife crises, or relationship challenges with themselves and others. These pivotal moments often leave you questioning your path, purpose, and sense of self.
My goal is to help you discover peace, clarity, and balance by fostering a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment that encourages you to focus on the present moment and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Gestalt Therapy could easily be called "Awareness Therapy" because its primary focus is on deepening your relationship with yourself. This process invites you to become more aware of how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours shape your experiences, allowing you to make conscious choices that align with your True Essence.
For me, Gestalt Therapy beautifully complements Yoga and Spiritual Practices, offering a well-rounded journey toward self-discovery and the abundance of the present moment. Together, we cultivate awareness of Body, Speech, and Mind, integrating these aspects to create lasting change.


THE ROLE OF GESTALT THERAPY.
In Gestalt Therapy, my role as your therapist is to guide you through a journey of self-awareness. Through our work together you will begin to understand your personal process, connect with and develop your self support and navigate the complexities of your inner world with compassion and understanding. Rather than providing quick solutions, I create a safe space for you to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and uncover the patterns that may be holding you back—whether they relate to work-life balance, hormonal shifts, self-esteem challenges, or any other obstacles that arise.
Mental health is your true wealth. I meet you with love, patience, and non-judgment, supporting you in embracing your current circumstances with clarity and acceptance.

MY THERAPY JOURNEY.
As a 48-year-old perimenopausal woman, I understand the unique challenges women face from midlife into later stages. I am passionate about guiding women through each season, the spaces in-between, and the rites of passage that accompany these transitions—from birth until death.
My personal growth journey has led me through various therapeutic modalities—starting with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in my 20s and interpersonal counselling in my 30s. However, it was Gestalt Therapy in my 40s that has been the most transformative. It stands out as the most powerful tool I’ve encountered, empowering me to make life-changing decisions and embrace my True Self, resulting in a much richer, more fulfilling experience and enjoyment of life.
Through my extensive experience leading women’s-only international transformational retreats, I have witnessed how profoundly women can reconnect with their inner selves when provided with the right support. My passion for uplifting and empowering women, guiding them deeper on their personal journeys, and helping them heal what no longer serves them is what inspired me to train as a Gestalt Therapist.
It is with the blessings and encouragement of my therapist and trainers that I extend my hand to you as a Trainee Gestalt Therapist under professional supervision, offering the same love and encouragement I have received on my own path. Together, we can navigate the inevitable challenges of work-life balance, relationship shifts, and emotional struggles that come with being a woman in today’s world.


BECOMING WHOLE.
I believe that authentic healing and true realisation can be found in the powerful synergy of Gestalt Therapy and Spiritual Practice. While spirituality often inspires us to seek love, light, and connection, there can be a temptation to bypass our deeper emotional pain—what is often referred to as "Spiritual Bypassing." This occurs when we avoid confronting difficult emotions by remaining in a place of positivity. However, authentic healing comes from fully embracing all aspects of our experience—both joy and sorrow.
In my approach, I integrate Gestalt Therapy and Spiritual Practices to create a space where you can honour the fullness of your life, without shying away from challenges. By embracing what is, rather than what we wish life to be, we enrich our experience and live more authentically. This integration fosters deeper self-awareness, allowing us to hold space for all emotions—supporting a richer, more grounded journey toward healing and transformation.
As women unearth aspects of themselves and transition through life's natural stages, I wish to be a compassionate guide in helping you find healing and create sustainable change that positively contributes to the way you view yourself, your relationships, and your path forward.

In each session, I will guide you through a process of self-exploration. We'll work together to deepen your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and body, helping you understand how they impact your experiences. Each session is an opportunity to embrace what is, allowing real transformation to occur over time.

Feeling anxious or unsure is completely normal, especially when starting something new. I create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely. Our first session can be a trial to see if the process feels right for you. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported as you embark on this journey.

Combining Gestalt Therapy with spiritual practices can deepen your self-awareness, helping you stay grounded and present in both mind and body. By integrating Yoga, Mindfulness, and Gestalt Therapy, you avoid "spiritual bypassing" — the tendency to focus only on positivity and avoid uncomfortable feelings. This combination helps you fully embrace your emotions, allowing for a richer, more authentic experience of life.

I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. This ensures that I can offer the appointment to someone else who may need it.

The length of therapy varies depending on your individual needs. Some women find resolution within a few sessions, while others benefit from long-term support as they work through deeper issues or life transitions. We will regularly review your progress and goals to ensure the therapy is meeting your needs.

I have a rich background that uniquely equips me to offer Gestalt Therapy for Women, including:
Gestalt Therapy Training: 300 hours of hands-on experience in a fully experiential training program, focusing on learning through doing rather than textbooks.
Ongoing Training: 3.5 years of formal training almost completed, graduating November 2026
Prior Experience: 6 years of personal therapy attended in the Gestalt Therapy modality to date.
Yoga Experience: Over 800 hours in Yoga Teacher Training, teaching yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2000.
Facilitation: Hosting and facilitating women's work and international retreats since 2014, teaching women to facilitate women's circles since 2022, and training yoga teachers in pedagogical techniques since earlier this year.
I am now offering Gestalt Therapy sessions, and my pricing reflects my status as a Trainee Psychotherapist under Professional Supervision.
