THERAPEUTIC WOMEN’S CIRCLE IN SUBIACO.

A therapeutic women’s circle in Subiaco, Perth, offering a safe, facilitated space for women to slow down, connect, and explore what is real and present in the moment.

This is a structured, awareness-based support group that blends elements of therapy, relational practice, grounding exercises, and reflective connection, without the pressure to perform or have anything figured out.

It is a space to experiment with being more honest, present, and authentic in how you relate to yourself and others, while feeling supported, seen, and held within a safe and confidential environment.

A free trial session is available on Saturday 25 April 2026 from 2pm - 4pm, offering an opportunity to experience the space before deciding whether you would like to commit to the 7-circle container for the remainder of the year at a reduced rate. Casual attendance is also available. Only 10 places available.

A RELATIONAL, AWARENESS-BASED WOMEN’S CIRCLE.

This women’s circle is grounded in a Gestalt-informed, awareness-based approach. We focus on what is happening in the present moment, including your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and relational experiences as they arise.

This approach is aligned with contemporary group therapy and relational psychotherapy practices, adapted into an accessible women’s circle format.

There is space to:

  • Share what is real for you

  • Receive gentle, reflective responses from others

  • Notice your patterns in relationship

  • Deepen awareness of how you show up in connection

This is not about fixing or analysing. It is about increasing awareness, which supports natural change and growth over time.

HOW THIS CIRCLE IS DIFFERENT.

This is not a traditional women’s circle or ritual-based space.

In this therapeutic circle:

  • There is less ritual and more facilitated dialogue

  • Sharing is supported with reflection and relational feedback

  • The group engages in a structured, contained process

  • There is no interrupting, fixing, or unsolicited advice

  • Elements of traditional circle may be included, such as oracle cards

  • Grounding, meditative, and awareness-based practices are woven throughout

Each woman is supported to arrive fully, speak from truth, listen with presence, and reflect in a way that builds awareness and relational depth.
