HOW PRIVATE GUIDED RELAXATION WORKS.

Each session is guided, gentle, and responsive to your needs on the day.

You will be supported to lie or rest comfortably and guided through a process that includes:

  • Breath and body awareness

  • Progressive relaxation

  • Guided imagery and visualisation

  • Awareness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions

You are invited into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body and mind can deeply restore. There is no effort required. Everything is guided.

1:1 Private Sessions:
A fully private, guided experience for women, offering a personalised space for deep rest, awareness, and nervous system regulation.

1:2 Shared Private Sessions:
A semi-private guided experience for two people who wish to relax together. Suitable for friends, partners, or family members.

Both formats follow the same guided process, with the space gently held to support either individual or shared experience. No need to bring anything, all props are provided.

Investment:
$150 per session

Session Packs (optional):
5 sessions for $650 ($130 per session, valid for 6 weeks)
10 sessions for $1000 ($100 per session, valid for 12 weeks)

Session packs are paid upfront and are designed to support consistency and continuity in the process.

Payment:
First session is paid at booking. Ongoing sessions are paid on the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
