Sacred Women’s Journeys offers private guided relaxation sessions in Subiaco, supporting you to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and access deep states of rest and restoration.
These sessions are suitable for individuals or two people, and are open to women, men, and couples seeking space to rest, reset, and restore.
They support those experiencing stress, overstimulation, fatigue, sleep difficulties, and a sense of disconnection or mental overwhelm.
TRAINING THE BODY AND MIND TO REST.
In a world of constant stimulation, many of us have lost the capacity to truly relax.
Just as we train the body in the gym to build strength, we can train the nervous system to down-regulate, settle, and return to a state of balance.
These sessions support you to:
Learn how to consciously access states of rest
Develop greater awareness of your internal experience
Support your nervous system to move out of chronic stress patterns
Build your capacity for deep rest, recovery, and regulation
This is a practice of rest as a skill.
HOW PRIVATE GUIDED RELAXATION WORKS.
Each session is guided, gentle, and responsive to your needs on the day.
You will be supported to settle into a comfortable position and guided through a process that may include:
Breath and body awareness
Progressive relaxation
Guided imagery and visualisation
Awareness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions
You are invited into a state between waking and sleeping, where the nervous system can deeply restore. There is no effort required. Everything you need will be provided, just bring yourself.

50-minute sessions
In-person in Subiaco Perth or online
Introductory rate 1:1 & 1:2 - $140 per session until 30 September 2026
Standard rate 1:1 - $160 per session from 1 October 2026
Standard rate 1:2 - $220 per session from 1 October 2026
Introductory Rate Session Packs (1:1 & 1:2):
5 sessions for $600 (6-week expiry) $120 session
10 sessions for $1000 (12-week expiry) $100 session
Standard Rate Session Packs (1:1):
5 sessions for $700 (6-week expiry) $140 session
10 sessions for $1200 (12-week expiry) $120 session
Standard Rate Session Packs (1:2):
5 sessions for $900 (6-week expiry) $180 session
10 sessions for $1600 (12-week expiry) $160 session
Introductory rate session packs are available for purchase until 30 June 2026 and are designed to support consistency and deeper integration. Standard rates and session packs will apply from 1 October 2o26.
Payment:
First session is paid at booking.
Ongoing sessions are paid on the day.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
