Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Doors open at 1:45 pm, and the workshop will begin promptly at 2 pm.

A journal and pen.
A blanket or sheepskin to lie on for padding if you find it uncomfortable laying on the floor on a yoga mat for extended periods of time.
A cushion for under your head.
An eye pillow, face washer or scarf to cover your eyes.
A beach chair can be useful if you struggle with sitting on the floor (chairs available).
Anything else that helps you feel cosy, supported, and held.
Yoga mats, bolster and blanket will be provided.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners and anyone who identifies as a woman. No previous experience is necessary – beginners and experienced practitioners alike are warmly welcome.

Many women attend on their own, and you’re also welcome to join with a female family member, colleague, or friend – whichever feels most comfortable – so you can fully relax and get the most out of your workshop experience.

This workshop is held in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Naturaliste Community Centre, 21 Dunsborough Lakes Drive, Dunsborough WA 6281 – a welcoming community hub where locals and visitors come together to enjoy meaningful connection and shared interests.
For this workshop, access will be via the double glass doors beyond the main entrance, as the centre will be closed to the public due to the date and time and opened exclusively to provide privacy for our workshop.

Naturaliste Community Centre offers ample untimed free parking all day directly in front of the venue.

Booking & Payment
By paying, I confirm my place at the workshop on the selected date in the booking link or on the invoice, from 2pm to 5pm at the Naturaliste Community Centre, 21 Dunsborough Lakes Drive, Dunsborough WA. This is a women-only event. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the retreat is cancelled by the organisers, in which case a full refund will be issued. I acknowledge that participation in the workshop involves physical, mental, and emotional activities, which carry inherent risks. I participate voluntarily and at my own risk. I release and hold harmless the facilitators, organisers, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from my participation, including personal injury, illness, or loss or damage to property, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
